Ingredients:
- Channa Dhal - 2 cups
- Cardamom - 3
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sooji (Rava) - 1 tsp
- Salt - pinch
- Jaggery or Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
- warm water - 1 cup
- Ghee or Butter - 1 tsp
- Oil
- Cook Channa Dhal to tender. And let it cool.
- In the mean time, take All purpose flour in a bowl. Add rava, ghee and pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add warm water little by little and make a soft dough.
- To avoid dough sticking to hands, add few drops of oil.
- Knead it well, so that it is very soft and stretchy. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Take the cooled channa dhal and powder it in mixy. Make sure it is not too moist.
- Add Jaggery or brown sugar little by little and mix well. If you want it more sweet, add more jaggery. Taste the mixture in between, so that it is not way too sweet. This is the Sweet Stuffing.
- Make small balls out of the dough.
- Make balls (double the size of dough balls) out of sweet stuffing.
- Take a dough ball, press its center and place the stuffing dough into it.
- Stretch the dough from its side and cover the sweet stuffing.
- Place it on a plastic sheet with oil applied to its surface.
- Press it with hands and then roll it like chappathi.
- Make it as thin as possible.
- Cook it in a pan. Turn sides and make sure its well cooked both side.
Ingredients:
- Channa dhal - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 3
- Salt to taste
- Onion - 1/2 (chopped)
- Curry leaves - few (chopped)
- Ginger - 1/2 1 inch piece
Procedure:
- Soak Channa dhal in water for 1 hour
- Drain soaked channa dhal and grind it in mixy coarsly
- In a bowl, add the ground channa dhal
- add chopped green chillies, salt, chopped onions, chopped curry leaves and chopped ginger and mix well together.
- Take small portions of the mixture and make it flat
- In a pan, add oil and fry till it turns golden. Don't add too much oil. Shallow fry is good too..
Ingredients:
- Rice Flour - 2 cups (1 cup rice flour & 1 cup wheat flour can also be used)
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- grated coconut - 2 tbsp
- water - 1 cup
- salt as needed
- oil
Procedure:
- Make a very soft dough with all the ingredients. Use oil to avoid dough sticking to hands. Taste the dough for sweetness and salt.
- divide the dough into 2 balls
- In dosa pan, spray little oil and place 1 ball of dough and press it gently with hand. use oil to hands, if it is sticky.
- Let it cook in medium heat. Once its cooked, turn side.
- It takes a while to cook, because of its thickness. cook in medium heat.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy.

- Egg - 1
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/3 cups
- Baking powder - pinch
Procedure
- Beat Egg
- Add sugar to the egg
- Add All purpose flour and mix it together
- Add little water, if required and make a dough, just like chappathi dough
- keep it aside for sometime
- Roll the dough, as thin as possible and cut it into small pieces, in any shape
- Fry it in oil
Ingredients:
- All Purpose (Maida) Flour - 1 1/2 cups (Wheat flour can also be used. The Paniyaram in the picture is made of Wheat flour)
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Banana - 1 (1/2 big sized banana)
- salt - pinch
- Egg - 1 (Optional)
- Baking powder - pinch
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients and keep it for 30 mins
- Fry in oil
BAKED:
- I tried to bake Paniyaram mix, made of All purpose Flour with egg..
- Pour the mix in cupcake mould
- Bake it at 225 degree for 20 mins.

Ingredients:
- Potato - 3
- Green Peas - 3/4 cup
- Carrot - 2
- Corriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Onion - 1/2
- Chicken or any meat can be used as well.
Procedure:
- Add Salt to vegetable and cook until its cooked 75%
- Drain water from the cooked veg and smash the vegetables.. dont smash too much. keep the drained water for later use
- In a pan, add oil, chopped onions and saute.
- Add smashed veg, salt(as required), Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Corriander powder, Garam masala. Add the water from the drained veg, if needed. Make sure the mixture is dry.
- cook for 3 mins and keep it aside for sometime till its dry.
- In a bowl, add 3 tbsp of All Purpose Flour (Maida) and add little water to dilute it. This can be replaced with beaten egg.
- In a plate, spread some bread crumbs
- Once the cutlet mixture is dry, make balls out of it and make it flat. Dip or coat it with flour and water mix and roll it in the bread crumbs plate, so that the bread crumbs stick to it.
- In a pan, add oil and fry the cutlet
