Ingredients:
- All Purpose (Maida) Flour - 1 1/2 cups (Wheat flour can also be used. The Paniyaram in the picture is made of Wheat flour)
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Banana - 1 (1/2 big sized banana)
- salt - pinch
- Egg - 1 (Optional)
- Baking powder - pinch
Procedure:
- Mix all the ingredients and keep it for 30 mins
- Fry in oil
