Paniyaram


Ingredients:

  • All Purpose (Maida) Flour - 1 1/2 cups (Wheat flour can also be used. The Paniyaram in the picture is made of Wheat flour)
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Banana - 1 (1/2 big sized banana)
  • salt - pinch
  • Egg - 1 (Optional)
  • Baking powder - pinch
Procedure:
  1. Mix all the ingredients and keep it for 30 mins
  2. Fry in oil
BAKED:
  • I tried to bake Paniyaram mix, made of All purpose Flour with egg.. 
  • Pour the mix in cupcake mould
  • Bake it at 225 degree for 20 mins.
